Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays. All orders shipped via USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation.
Warm Weather Season
Madeleine Soap and Candles is not liable for shipments damaged by high temperatures, shipments left in hot mailboxes or porches. All packages are tracked, and refunded/ replacements will not be issued for heat damage. For secure delivery, ship to an address where you can receive packages promptly. Monitor your shipment and bring it inside as soon as it arrives. Whipped Body Butter are very sensitive to heat. Exposure to high temperatures will cause melting and permanent texture loss.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
For the health and safety reasons, and due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason including claims related to fragrance preferences (e.g. ” I did not like the scent.” The scent wasn’t what I expected.’ Etc.).
